Yummy Chocolate Breakfast Shake


This is my go to breakfast! I love it and have been making it for like the last 8 years! (yeah I don’t change much!)

I have variations of it depending on what mood I’m in. If you need a quick and healthy breakfast that seriously tastes like a chocolate shake, try this!

Sometimes if I don’t have it at breakfast, I like to make it later in the day for another meal or after I workout. (when I do, lol!)

Delicious breakfast shake that you can change up depending on your mood!

  1. 1 packet Carnation Chocolate Breakfast Essentials No Sugar Added
  2. 1 cup ice
  3. 1 cup skim milk
  4. 1 spoonful dark chocolate dreams peanut butter or regular peanut butter
  5. 1 spoonful ground flaxseed
  6. 1/2 banana
  7. Half a scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender (I LOVE my Nutri Bullet)
  2. Blend it up for about 15 seconds
  3. Enjoy!
Here are some variations if you want to change it up
  1. Use regular peanut butter instead of chocolate peanut butter
  2. Use iced coffee like International Delight Mocha flavor
  3. Don't add banana or add more banana
  4. Use soy, almond, or rice milk
  5. Try the Vanilla flavored Carnation
