This is my go to breakfast! I love it and have been making it for like the last 8 years! (yeah I don’t change much!)
I have variations of it depending on what mood I’m in. If you need a quick and healthy breakfast that seriously tastes like a chocolate shake, try this!
Sometimes if I don’t have it at breakfast, I like to make it later in the day for another meal or after I workout. (when I do, lol!)

Chocolate Breakfast Shake

Delicious breakfast shake that you can change up depending on your mood!

Ingredients
- 1 packet Carnation Chocolate Breakfast Essentials No Sugar Added
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 spoonful dark chocolate dreams peanut butter or regular peanut butter
- 1 spoonful ground flaxseed
- 1/2 banana
- Half a scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender (I LOVE my Nutri Bullet)
- Blend it up for about 15 seconds
- Enjoy!
Here are some variations if you want to change it up
- Use regular peanut butter instead of chocolate peanut butter
- Use iced coffee like International Delight Mocha flavor
- Don't add banana or add more banana
- Use soy, almond, or rice milk
- Try the Vanilla flavored Carnation
