Rustic Pizza

Today I’m talking about a super easy and delicious pizza recipe! I can’t take all the credit for it though. Living in Texas, there was a flatbread pizza I used to LOVE from a local restaurant. I tried recreating it, since I knew everything that came on it—and my recipe turned out so good! When you make the pizza, you can use whatever crust you like, such as the prepared flat outs in the grocery store or even pita bread! I use pizza dough … Continue Reading »

What’s Been Cookin’ Part 2!

Your most expensive ingredient is probably the $1 can of black beans or $1.50 … Continue Reading »

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

The sky is the limit for this type of recipe–simple, fancy, healthy or fatty. The approach I took, especially with the holidays around the corner is healthy and delicious–only requiring a few ingredients.  Place 3 chicken breasts in crockpot. I use the crockpot to cook the chicken, but if time is limited or you didn’t plan in advance, any type of cooked chicken will do for this recipe! Add 1 cup of buffalo sauce and 1 TBSP of minced garlic to the crockpot. Turn … Continue Reading »
